Warren is a commercially astute and pragmatic senior executive with a creative and learning mindset. He has a diverse background having worked extensively in the private and public sectors and has a successful track record in managing diverse business and regulatory environments with a cut through approach to challenging situations and people.
His working life commenced in the Victorian Police Force performing roles ranging from general duties policing to training, program development and facilitation to the management of programs for immigrants he facilitated through bi-lingual information officers. At the latter stage of Warren’s career his roles extended to areas of advanced theoretical and skills training, communication models and high level conflict resolution. On leaving the police force Warren established his own multi-site business operation and combined this with the completion of his Masters degree at Deakin University. On graduating he was invited to return to the school of management on a number of occasions as a guest lecturer. When Warren sold his last businesses he worked as a Master Coach for an international coaching franchise where he qualified as a NLP Practitioner and coach, he then progressed to a number of Senior Executive roles in areas ranging from Operations, Business Development and General Management. Warren followed these with ongoing engagements coaching managers in roles ranging from HR and Marketing to Snr Managers and those at “C” level.
