Warren is a seasoned Senior Consultant and coach with over 25 years of experience, spearheading successful programs in leadership, cultural and transformational change, coaching, and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) for both private and public sectors. With an MBA from Deakin, NLP Master Coach and Practitioner certification, and a range of other qualifications, Warren brings a wealth of expertise to his coaching practice, including being an accredited PBC with Hogan Assessment Systems and an accredited Peak Performance Targeter (PPT) through Ubl Partners.
Our History
In 2000, Warren Pink established '2 The Point Consulting Group,' an Australian consultancy specializing in leadership, cultural transformation, and coaching. His journey continued in 2013 when he relocated to Singapore, expanding his coaching and consulting services, focusing on both the public and private sectors. This journey offered him profound insights into the nuances of cultural differences within the region.
Warren is an experienced Consultant and Coach with over three decades of expertise. In the early stages of his career, he crafted and delivered programs in health, community, and juvenile justice sectors, underscoring his commitment to creating positive societal impact.
Warren's versatile skill set led him to work with notable brands like Changi Airport International, LVMH, Alconn International, and businesses in the Mining and Resources sector. In 2019, he ventured into the Aged Care Sector, creating a pioneering program aimed at coaching and developing senior managers to enhance Communication and Leadership skills, particularly for Registered Nurses (RNs).
Warren is a certified practitioner of the C.A.R.E. Workshop Series, conducting successful workshops across two states, two organizations, and 14 facilities. His accomplishments have also earned him invitations to address MBA students at the Deakin School of Management (Australia), sharing insights on Leadership, Transformational Change, Coaching, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
With an MBA from Deakin University, NLP Practitioner certification, a Cert. IV in Workplace Training and Assessment, a Diploma in Fitness Leadership, and Certified Workplace Mediator status, Warren brings a wealth of experience, qualifications, and gravitas to every coaching endeavor.
